We are currently seeking a Network Security Senior Specialist to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Network Security Senior Specialist
Provides daily maintenance to and oversees operations of multiple or single clients firewall and network security infrastructure. Primarily works on firewall product, IDS/IPS product, content filtering, vulnerability assessment tools in order to design, confirm, determine and/or troubleshoot network and system security issues.

- They have a limited understanding of related subject areas.
- They manage critical projects with general direction and may allocate some work to others.
- Provides troubleshooting support to day-to-day operational and support functions, including monitoring and maintaining a ticket queue.
- Develops and documents templates for use as best practices within the team.
Desirable Skills or Additional Task
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols
- Troubleshoots and configures routers and switch
- Uses the Service Now ITSM tool to initiate, respond, and track tickets
- Adheres to Change Management processes and procedures
- Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions
- Functional understanding of network Layer 2 /3 switching and routing protocols
- Functional understanding of a diverse set of networked applications and terms requiring application traffic management solutions, including HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP, DNS, NTP, NAT and others.
- Satisfactorily complete and maintain quarterly internal training and certification standard
- Experience managing across the ITIL Service Lifecycle Framework with specific knowledge of the Service Design Coordination, Transition Planning & Support, and Release & Deployment Management processesExcellent Verbal Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with people who have varying degrees of technical expertise
- Ability to produce quality documentation (understand the difference between standard, best practice, design & process documents
