digital marketing and analytics is a must. Training is given to the candidates but we expect them to be fast

Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager. The candidate should be:
Proficient in Digital Marketing.
Experience in ORM / Social Listening is a plus.
She will manage the queries of our existing clients.
Provide refresher trainings.
Help in the on-boarding of new clients by providing them training and setting up of the accounts.
Actively reach out to existing customers to explain new features of Konnect Insights software
Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics
Role Requirements
Excellent Communication skills
Hands-on experience of working on Excel with knowledge of charting, creating pivots etc
Understanding of Digital Marketing
