Job Description

JD Title: embedded middleware Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience level: 5 - 7 years

Primary Skills:

• Good programming ability in C/C++. (C++ 11 & C++14 is an advantage)
• Programming skill in RUST language is an added advantage.
• Expertise in embedded Linux.
• Experience in Multicore architecture. (X86_64, ARM64 SOCs)
• Good expertise in multi-threading.
• Expertise in modern TCP/IP network stack.
• Should have good understanding of Packet data structures at different layers.
• Working experience in socket programming.
• Experience in developing Gstreamer plugins and applications.
• Experience in developing multimedia applications or Gstreamer plugins is an added advantage. (H264, H265, decoding, encoding)
• Experience GUI programming will be an added advantage.
• Understand the SDLC in embedded domain is an advantage.
• Hands on experience creating Technical Documentation (Design Doc/Functional Spec).
• Good to have experience in GUI application development.

Additional Skills Required:

• Should have experience of working with Git.
• Strong analysis and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and data representation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements and Functional Specs.
• Design and implement the functionality as per the requirement.
• Unit and integration testing of developed items.
• Debugging and Fixing issues.
