Roles and Responsibilities
* Handling entire end to end recruitment process.
* Sourcing profiles from job portals.
* Responsible to drive employee referrals and Walk-in drives.
* Responsible for preliminary round of interviews.
* Arranging further round of interviews with Business team.
* Collecting documents from the candidate to release offer letter.
* Explaining CTC structure to all the new joiners while releasing offer letter.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 1 to 2 years of experience with educational qualification in HR .
* Analytics skills is a must.
* Proactive personality and self-driven.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
