Job Description
Job Position: Recruitment Executive at Jaro Education (www.jaroeducation.com) for Mumbai Goregaon / Chembur location.
Work timings Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7pm (work from office)

Roles and responsibilities of a RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE:
- Target driven and capability of hiring huge numbers.
- Have excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
- Good understanding of availability of talent pool for the required skills.
- LinkedIn and Networking through various forums .
- Understanding the client's requirement and matching the profile of the candidates as per the client's requirement and short listing the candidate from various sources in case of niche requirements.
- Organize and conduct Walk-ins as per the requirement of the clients.
- Follow-up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by keeping them engage.
- Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.
- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements. Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process .

CTC: 2,50,000LPA - 4,50,000 LPA
