Roles and Responsibilities
Oversees and maintains inventory of assigned products. Responsible for tracking availability through supplier fill rate, and order follow up for exceptions. 2 Ensure maintenance of master data for the assigned classes/ department in terms of item data, price/ MRP, case size configuration and E-commerce images. 3 Work on promotions, such as mailer item-wise plan and stock follow ups for exceptions raised by SCM. 4 Ensure monthly deal submission as per timelines. 5 Review class wise ageing and propose action for sign off by Manager/ General Manager. Ensures seasonal item clearance basis early in, early out policy. Manage action/ hi-action status of each item. Manage assortment for each class and provide information to next level management to take necessary decision. 6 Negotiate monthly/ quarterly deals basis Mailer planning. 7 Review negative margin, analyse and correct item price to ensure correct margin reporting. 8 Ensure adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures and policies to reduce operational risks
