Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee - Life Insurance
We are looking for an any graduate with good interpretation and problem-solving skills with respect to the accurate content of information and presentation of data and operational procedures.
Responsibilities- Substantial Experience in Life Insurance Policy Admin backend operations including Policy Changes, Titles and Billing & Payments
- Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted
- Ability to accurately interpret the information on the documents
- Responsible for analyzing complex documents pertaining to Life insurance taking appropriate actions
- Ability to work on multiple legacy systems
- Update policy details as requested by the advisor or policy owner, including but not limited to face amount, payment mode, and address.
- Modify account information such as ownership, beneficiary, and collateral
- Assignment, Provision of policy values and statements as requested by clients.
- Delete, terminate, add coverages, and/or reinstate policies within agreed upon limits and provisions.
- Process premium payments, deposits, and disbursements requests
- Handle projects and support tasks resulting from product campaigns, reconciliation, and audits.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the department.
- Reading information received from different input sources, analyzing the same, and taking appropriate decision/action as per the defined guidelines
- Candidate need to achieve daily production and accuracy targets
Minimum qualifications
- Any graduate
- Candidate should have good comprehension along with written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience
- Experience of Life Insurance domain, preferably Policy Admin / client services
- Good typing speed
- Good excel knowledge
