- Candidates should have minimum 1year of international BPO into non voice dual chat experience.
- Graduates and Undergraduate with experience both can apply.

undergraduate candidates should have 2 years expr with non voice dual chat process.

- Candidates with customer care/ Sales Background / Upselling Preferred/collections preferable.

- 24*7 Shifts (2days rotational week offs)

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

- Work location- Hyderabad (Hitech city)

Roles and Responsibilities

*Assist Customers in resolving Billing issues

* Need to provide support and make a sale

*Resolve quires related to customers & clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Minimum 1year international non voice experience into dual chat support

*Should have experience into Upselling,Cross-selling,Down Selling & Collection

*Should have Good convincing skills

*Required International BPO experience
