Qualification: Any Graduate + Any Post Graduation

Location: Lonavala, Pune.

Salary : Upto 4 Lac (Only 20 to 25 % hike & immediate joining or 15 day).

Job Description:

1.Recruitment, Formalities, Induction, Drafting offer/Appointment/reliving/experience letters etc.

2.Training & Development- Training Need Identification, Monthly Training Planning, Training, Feedback, Training Effectiveness etc.

Statutory Compliance

Industrial Relation

Salary/Wages Processing (SAP)

Contract Labor Management

Factory Act

Training & Development / Competency Mapping

3. Contract labor hiring through Contractors, joining formality, verifying compliance under contract labor act, 1970 like Identity card of employees , monthly PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT, License, Agreements, Registers.
