We are currently hiring for Customer Care Executive
Location- Malad
Eligibility
1) Graduates/HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of domestic/International BPO experience in voice.
2) SSC with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience in voice.
3) Age Limit is 18-44yrs
Responsibilities of candidates include:
Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Process- UK/AUS/IRL Process
Shift- 24*7
Week-off- 2(rotational)
Chat and Voice
Excellent communication skills in English for the voice process.
Salary : Good hike on last drawn Salary + Floor Incentives + OT
