We are currently seeking a Oracle Functional Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Minimum 7 years of experiece in managing a technical team for development/Upgrade project
- Expereince managing Oracle upgrade project from 12,1,3 to 12.2
- Responsible for managing the Functional track and team for the upgrade project at offshore
- Plan and distribute the work load for all Functional team memebrs interms Functional Testing, Integration Testing, New Functionality implementation and documentation
- Be the gate keepr to review the work performed by the Functional Team
- Maintain a status tracker for the Functional Track
- Work closely with Technical Teams for any dependecices to close out the work on functional Track
- Involve in Hands-On work on New Feature Implementation and Documentation
