Job Description

Job Description : To accelerate the Oncology digital capabilities & Omni channel engagement, embrace and drive greater impact while we work towards putting patients first, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will work in partnership with brand teams, supporting a comprehensive digital marketing transformation to a more innovative and digital-driven company. Your responsibility includes, but not limited to -

  • Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function
  • Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.
  • Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets
  • Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams
  • Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
  • Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
  • Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions
  • Executes central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activities
  • Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations INCREASING REACH AND ENGAGEMENT WITH MES Establish Omni
  • channel engagement capabilities with Oncology network Facilitate and enhance reach to Multi-specialty MEs Increase reach to MEs in Tier II/III locations Digital business development to affiliate partner websites such as medical society websites IMPROVING PATIENT

EXPERIENCE: Support disease awareness to improve diagnostics and early detection Expedite patient enrolment through digitization Empower patients with right information and treatment adherence solutions
SIMPLIFYING PROCESSES: Improve in-clinic effectiveness through MCE(Multi Channel Engagement) Data driven insights for targeted information dissemination to MEs Streamline drug access through digitization Conceptualize and implement creative and impactful email marketing campaigns
ANALYTICS SKILLS: Manage marketing analytics efforts to deep dive user behaviors on/off line and drive future marketing efforts Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to establish impactful KPI and assess results
PROJECT MGMT: Deliver digital projects on time, on budget, on quality and exceeding customers expectation Communicate seamlessly with cross-functional team across sales, marketing, medical, legal, global counterparts and more
INNOVATION GENE: Embrace cutting edge technology & lead change with passion Increasing Reach & Engagement with MEs Improving Patient Experience Simplifying Processes while improving In clinic effectiveness, data driven insights & streamlining access

-Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department, Regulatory Department) -Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements

Minimum requirements :Education (minimum/desirable):
Bachelors degree in any specialization with an MBA from a Tier 1 B-school

Minimum Requirements:- Experience / Skills:

Masters in marketing Languages: fluent in English communication
Experience Min 5 years of experience within any digital or online related business-like online marketing consulting in online agency or ecommerce preferably Pharma Industry,
online marketing and digital analytics are mandatory
email marketing, CRM, CLM, , cloud computing experience of advantaged
International experiences is a plus Competence:
well-rounded understanding of digital marketing with current industry regulation and privacy act
strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under firm deadlines and within a rapidly changing environment
positive mental attitude and patience to communicate and educate internal users on digital marketing
basic knowledge of web design, Adobe creative suite, any CRM
high interest in digital solution absolutely necessary.
