Sr Financial Analyst (Technology) @ Kronos Incorporated

Description UKG is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Technology & Innovation (T&I) FP&A team, reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A. The position will assist in analyzing the monthly and quarterly performance of expenses, analyze cloud and services activity, and prepare reporting for management.
Job Responsibilities:
. Input from key sources monthly metrics pertaining to Outside Services, Cloud, and related costs
. Partner with Accounts Payable monthly to ensure all invoices are keyed, mapped and entered timely
. Reconcile monthly computed metrics to General Ledger reporting
. Maintain and monitor all Fixed Asset, Depr. & Amort., and supporting Maintenance contracts
. Evaluate month over month variances in the expense subledger and highlight changes including net additions
. Assess processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies
. Run multiple reports from various systems and partner with Finance and Accounting analysts
. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports for Cloud and Fixed Asset Forecasting
. Prepare and analyze Outside Services for Forecasting and reporting
. Ad hoc projects/analysis as needed.
Qualifications Skills / Qualification
. Proficient in Excel
. D365/TM1/Hyperion experience preferred
. PowerPivot/PowerQuery experience ideal
. Tableau/PowerBI/Alteryx experience ideal
. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement
. Ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive projects
. Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
. Ability to work independently on standard tasks
. Can do attitude with a Desire to learn new processes
. Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education/Certification/License:
. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analyst FP&A role
. Minimum Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.
