• Setting the target to team members
  
• Motivating the team
  
• Making recruitment strategy and plans.
  
• Team handling exp into recruitment and strong sourcing exp and end to end recruitment process.
  
• Recruitment, Training &; Development of Recruiters working from home / in office
  
• Manage and track remote working, identify the weak area of recruiters and plan training calendar accordingly.
  
• Achieving direct and team target of joining.
  
• Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment.
  
• Manageend-to-endrecruitment process starting fromsourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion.
  
• Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
  
• Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.
  
• Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
  
• Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained as per approved budget.
  
• Should have target chasing attitude
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 7year of relevant experience as NON IT Recruiter in recruitment industry.
  
• Team Handling EXP
  
• Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream from any recognized university.
  
• Good interpersonal &; analytical skills.
  
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
  
• Multitasking.
