We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Reports Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to gather requirements for report development in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools (BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, (OTBI))
• Develop technical design and documentation for Oracle HCM Cloud custom reporting
• Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
• Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
• Design, Document and Perform Unit Testing to validate product functionality.
• Investigate and resolve problems through research and technical analysis.
• Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
• Effectively communicate project status information, design discussions and issues with project team onsite and offshore.
• Review change management procedures and follow methodology for moving objects between environments
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud reports development
• Experience in writing reports with BI Publisher, OTBI, and XML Publisher
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.

Nice to have
Experience in writing Oracle SQL/PLSQL code
Experience in writing reports on Oracle Cloud Payroll
Experience in HCM Extracts
