Roles and Responsibilities
1. Technical recruiter: (working with VMS clients and Direct clients)
2. Ready to work in extreme pressure (if need be)
3. Interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients.
4. Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.
5. Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
6. Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
7. Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team building skills.
8. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc.
9. Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ HR aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U. S. Citizens, H1B. etc.
