Experience with clinical risk management and safety protocols.
Willingness to adhere to all in-house and legal regulations.
Cooperate with the executive team to initiate procedures, regulations and programs to benefit our patients and support the health centre fiscally.
Monitor clinical performance and find ways to improve it both administratively and clinically.
Create benchmarks for key performance indicators.
Institute a behavioural framework for all health care providers at the clinical services locations.
