DO: (Job Description)

• Managing Onboarding, documentations and joining formalities for new joiners
• Preparing and issuing of offer letters
• Profile setup fornew joiners in the system
• Coordinating with external consultant with regards to Bank Account Opening, BGV, PF, ESIC, etc.
• Ensure Background verification is completed for all new joiners before confirmation.
• Employee Data Management
• Handling India payroll processing
• Manage statutory compliance (PT/ PF / ESIC)
• Full & Final Settlements
• Leave and Attendance Management
• Group Medical Insurance
• Employee Queries
• MIS

Display: (Desired Skills) 

• Qualification: Management Graduate with specialization in Human Resources
• 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations & payroll processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to build successful working relationships
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email skills

• Zero exception in profile setup on day one for new joiners
• Zero exception on incomplete documentation
• Zero Error Payroll processing
• Maintain 100% TAT for BGV
• Respond to employee queries within 24 hours
