Job Description

Job Title : Associate/ Senior Associate- Commercial Insurance Domain

Location: Hyderabad

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.
Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance from International BPO.
Processes and prepares endorsements non-renewals notices or cancellations and other associated tasks as required and within letter of authority.
Prepares renewals policies for underwriter review and pricing.
Completes processing of renewals within letter of authority and premium guidelines.
Completes issuance of new business including Bind On Line.
Manually rates coverages and/or policies that are not fully automated.
May complete/process ICC Motor Carrier Filings.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas both in writing and verbally.
Ability to follow underwriting direction; recognize and resolve discrepancies/potential issues
Must be customer service focused.
Possess a strong math aptitude.
Flexible Working in Shits.
