Manage the entire team of Billing Associates for Healthcare Provider services.
Supervise activities of billing team members of Billing Reporting trends dashboards as per Client requirements.
Ensure checks & balances for the reporting work-flow in order to prevent inaccurate reporting or prevent delayed reporting .
Keep self and team updated of the latest changes from various US Healthcare governing bodies like HHS CMS etc. and apply these changes to reporting standards after approvals .
Monitor & ensure work flow of Billing by creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures Work-flows Templates etc. are up to date & being followed as per business and client requirements.
First point of contact to handle customer escalations received on Billing activities
Engage actively on Daily/Weekly & Monthly connects with customer and provide presentations on team performance metrics on Billing.
Report team challenges/concerns to Manager immediately and look for quick fix
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts .
