Job Description and Candidate Expectation :
- Candidate must have 4+ years of experience into Cash posting medical billing correspondence process in RCM US Healthcare.
- Should have good exposure to charge posting denial management payment entry and correspondence.
- Perform quality reviews / audits on processed payment entry and correspondence transactions log errors and close loop with Associates on feedback for the same. Transactions include month-end closing processes.
- Keep self and team updated of the latest changes from various US Healthcare governing bodies like HHS CMS etc. and apply these changes to reporting standards after approvals
- Perform periodic reviews of client Standard Operating Procedures systematically and rectify the process so that the reporting is accurate
- Percolate the learnings out of the RCAs / CAPAs and the trends observed in recent Internal reviews / audits Acknowledge the process updates from the client disseminate it to the team & update the SOP / relevant documentation
- Conduct quality huddle sessions and maintain the floor rigor on error feedback process knowledge tests etc.
- Share the results of Internal & client reviews with stakeholders and Analysts and MIS; update it the records
- Maintain quality accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Handholding of Entry level associates
- Must be flexible with night shifts.
- Immediate joiners up to a notice of 45 days is preferred
