- Finance and Accounting background preferably servicing CPG or retail clients
- Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A processes Accounts payable or Receivables or Record to Report
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to slice and dice large data sets and derive the right insights
- Strong communication skills to be able to front end conversations with senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze client business problems, devise the right solution approach and lead execution
- Storytelling and narrative on Insights
- Experience and Proficient in Advanced Excel/Power excel/Power BI one of these skills is mandatory
Minimum qualifications
- B.Com Graduate
- Excellent Account payable or Receivable or Record to Report experience
- Excellent Communication- Written & Verbal
- Proficient in Accounting & Analytical Skills
- Ability to prioritize efficient & be flexible
- Positive demeanor with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
- High standard of integrity, self-confidence to state and support opinions
