Are you the one we are looking for

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate,Technical Support Associate

Responsibilities
  • Do Pre-checks on Windows server to ensure they are meeting minimum pre-requisites for application upgrade along with current status of Application.
  • Upgrade the application to latest version on the scheduled date and time within the defined downtime.
  • Timely communicate Upgrade status to Internal as well as External Stakeholders via Email.
  • Perform post checks on the server after successful completion of application upgrade to ensure 100% functionality of applications.
  • Complete Documentation of application upgrade on Salesforce service cloud to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Perform Proactive Technical Assessments on Site servers to validate functionality of application.
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate in IT/CSE/ECE - (B.Tech Preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Networking concepts.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication.
  • Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to SOP s and compliance rules and regulations.
  • Ability to Handle Pressure and work in a US shift environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Basic Networking Concepts.
  • Basic Knowledge of Internet Information Services.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server.
