Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced UX/UI practitioner to design innovative product experience for our enterprise software applications. You will be joining an innovative team that enjoys solving problems with design to deliver original and well-thought-out solutions. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and customers, you will champion the best designs for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and product owners' feedback.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user research, interviews, and surveys
- Translating requirements into style guides and attractive user interfaces
- Adapting to prescribed design system for the product
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience
- Continuously work with the development team and take ownership of the design outcomes
Key Requirements:
- You have 1 to 3 or more years of experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a portfolio of related projects
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- You are proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure Design, Zeplin, etc.
- Experience in Photoshop and other design platforms
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with product team and different stakeholders.
