Job description

-Voice Process
-Minimum 1 yr experience in Travel process/Must be from the Travel industry.
-Handling inbound calls & converting them into a sales call.
-Continuous Follow up with the customers
-Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.

-24*7 shifts (UK shifts)

-Excellent communication skills

-should be well versed with any of the GDS (Amadeus ,Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo etc)
