- Preparing Bill of Quantities
- Excellent knowledge on preparation of Bar bending schedules
- Inspecting the work as per Structural & Architectural drawings and evaluate the Sub-Contractor running bills at site
- Recording Joint Measurement at Site
- Checking quantities claimed in the various Contractor bills
- Preparing certification of payment , Bill Abstract and all other bill related formats for various Contractor bills
- Checking and approving rate analysis for NT and extra items
- Perform timely material reconciliations, monitor and control the material wastages at site.
- Ensure the contractor bills are certified within the quantities awarded for each item of work
- Preparation of change order/amendment order for Extra/NT items
- Continuous communication with Client and Head office for work & bill related progress
- Checking and approving Final bills of various Contractors.
- Monitor and control the costing of the project
- To closely Interact with the Project Manager and ascertain the bill are certified and processed within stipulated time frame
- Assisting Project Manager in Preparation of Project Closeout reports, Costing sheets, Cash flow statements

Qualifications
MS Excel
AutoCAD
Quantity Survey
RA Bill certification
Preferred Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil) and preferred experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing
Experience Required- Minimum 5 Years to Maximum 12 Yrs with Immediate Joining.
