Access Healthcare is seeking a Content Marketing Manager/Coordinator/Specialist to own a portion of the content strategy of Access Healthcare. Your excellent writing and communication skills will help Access Healthcare be recognized as a top thought leader in the revenue cycle management industry.
You won't shy away from in-depth pieces of content and continuously strive to make our content interesting and engaging. Most importantly, you will distill what is most important in a content piece to excite both current and new customers. They will be collaborating across teams and must be passionate about having an impact on a growing company.

Designation - Delivery Manager/Senior Delivery Manager
Location - Ambattur, Chennai
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead content strategy and tactical execution for blogs, case studies, e-books, newsletters, service presentations, and brochures. This will involve working collaboratively with our Director of Marketing, Graphic Designers, and SMEs
- Develop a content calendar for content thats engaging and relevant. Youre constantly seeking to understand the content that our audience responds to and measuring that
- Own the production aspect of your projects end-to-end. From emailing specifications to a graphic designer to follow up with another department for a file, no task is too small to get the job done
- This role requires a brand publisher mindset: create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement
- Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive the brand to demand
- Solicit SMEs to strategize and create industry-related content pieces
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a content marketing manager, preferably in a healthcare business process services domain
- Experience in sourcing and developing brand content and amplifying it across channels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments and subject matter experts
- Ability to set short and long-term goals and possess a strong internal drive to achieve them
- An independent go-getter who is passionate about telling the brand story
