Job Description
A candidate will be responsible for understanding Post Sales Business Activities and preparing the Business Requirement Documents(BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications(FRS or FRD), Preparing Comprehensive Request For Proposals(RFP), Requirement Elicitation & Management, technical specifications, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, User Experience, Designing Mock-ups/Wireframes and Use Case Models. Should have work experience in the Agile Framework.
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Education: Any Bachelors Degree or Diploma

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Developing Business Requirement Documents(BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications(FRS or FRD), Preparing Comprehensive Request For Proposals(RFP).
- Drafting the requirement and sharing estimation.
- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process & surveys.
- Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the application to meet the client s business need.
- Coordinating with the clients and working accordingly and collecting data from the clients.
- Documenting the acquired result of analysis & workflow as well as sign-off from the respective client.
- Coordinate with the execution team for the execution of the project
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation in the JIRA platform.
- Work with project managers and developers to determine scope and priorities for product development sprint cycles.
- Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are developing the product as per the product road map.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Conduct functional, regression, user acceptance, and integration testing to verify the client's needs are met.
- Conducted UAT with cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.
- Post testing and deployment, provide online meetings and calls to orientate all stakeholders, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
- Give demo to internal and external stakeholders and potential users as and when needed.
- Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases.
TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in E-eCommerce, Automobile, Payments domain, Education, and Travel Domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile Change Delivery Principles.
- Proficient in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Proficient in detailed product requirements, design, and specifications.
- An ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
