Scrum Master & Project Manager, VP - Pune @ ExecBoardinAsia

The role is of a hands on Scrum master who will drive the delivery of the evolution of Finance Gateway platform and play the role of a PM on the wider Data sourcing program. The role would include managing of the risks and issues around project execution, managing project financials, provide periodic status updates, liaise with senior program business partners, and lead the delivery team on the ground.

• Manage project deliveries
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Support the Scrum Team and facilitate removal of obstacles and impediments
• Mentor team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies
• Handle Sprint/Project Schedule
• Work with product owner to ensure user stories have enough clarity and specificity
• Motivate the team to meet their sprint goals
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Track project level risks/issues
• Manage Project Resourcing.
