Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Working experience as a Product Owner for 3 years, Total IT experience of 10 years.

B. In depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.

C. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem solving skills.

D. Creative thinker with a vision Attention to details Knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be added advantage. Good stakeholder communication.

E. Domain knowledge on Retail Manufacturing Digital is a must.

Roles Responsibilities :

A. The PO is a main liaison between business and the Tech Services team with the PO interfacing with the Scrum Master on a daily basis.

B. The PO collates and curates the Demand List from business and provides a collated Demand List to the Tech team and the Scrum Master Within Demand Categorization.

C. The PO categorizes the demand through Product definition Priority definition and Build timeline.

D. The PO is responsible for Prioritizing demand but the Build Timeline needs to be validated after a discussion with the Scrum Master and the Development team. The PO is responsible for creating clear Epic and Story definition based on the business needs and the demand categorization.

E. The PO must adhere to capacity planning provided by the Scrum Master and Dev Team post which the PO should define the details of the Epic and Sprints.

F. The PO where providing User Stories or Story points to the Dev Team is responsible for detailing the User stories or story point post Scrum Master validation.

G. The JIRA board will be created by the Scrum Master with PO validation and inputs EPIC Complexity and Sprint Scale will be agreed mutually by the PO and the Scrum Master Business Priority vs Build Timelines will be agreed mutually by the PO and the Scrum Master.
