Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Directory Services
You shall be expected to have Practical knowledge on troubleshooting SFTP scenarios and knowledge on Cloud based Solutions, AutomationResponsibilities - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory / Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Hands on experience on domain controller upgradation/demotion approach
- Hands on experience on Active Directory backup / Disaster recovery
- Hands on experience on Active Directory (AD) related issues DNS zone issues, Sites/Subnet, AD Replication, RDP issues,
- Hands on troubleshooting experience on AD Replication
- Hands on experience on AD Site & Services
- Understanding of DNS architecture is a must
- Hands on experience on DHCP failover/configuration/Scope Migration
- Hand on experience on Active Directory object Migration (ADMT, Quest)
- Hand on experience on Group Policy architecture/Configuration/Modification
- Good knowledge of PAC file and its mapping to proxy solutions
- Knowledge on Certificate services
- Knowledge on NPS server
- Good exposure on PowerShell scripting on 2012/2016 OS
Key Technologies- Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Disaster Recovery, Failover Clustering, Server backup, IPAM, Direct Access, DFS, BranchCache, AD DS, AD CS, AD FS etc.
Additional Desired Technology Experience
- Good command on Windows Server operating system
- Good command over Windows PowerShell
- MCSA Windows Server 2012/2016 (Desired)
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Preferred Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication
- Provide a single point of contact for the reporting and tracking of issues
- Maintain status on all open issues.
- Interact consistently with end users in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner.
- Have a clear understanding of cloud deployment models
- Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Work with Third Party Providers to assist in problem resolution.
- Resolve issues within established time frames.
- Perform root cause analysis in accordance with the Procedures Manual.
- Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
- Produce RCA report.
- Can go for upgrade of devices on requirement & provide plan to customer.
- Ability to perform problem analysis and develop resolutions at both strategic and tactical levels
- Good understanding of ITIL Process flow
