Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Test Lead
Responsibilities:
Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Deploying and managing resources for testing
Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies
Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating, etc)
Preparation/review of test plans
Preparation/review of test reports
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications -
Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
Leadership
Preferred qualifications
Programming knowledge
Shift:
Flexible to rotational shifts
