Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Order to Cash
In this role, were looking for someone with deep understanding of entire order to cash process.
Responsibilities
Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated reporting and analytics tasks
Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the process operating procedures or direct manager
Gather and Input Data, Reporting analysis gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting.
Analyze Information, Reporting analysis take an active role in data analysis and interpretation
Prepare Reports, business documents and presentations for upper management and executives. Data-gathering and modeling strategies to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting.
Design Data Management and Reporting Tools. Collaborate with Business Teams and Leadership
Conduct System and Database Audits
Data management reporting analysis should have extensive familiarity with data management principles and practices, in Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated reporting and analytics tasks;

Data management reporting analysis should have extensive familiarity with data management principles and practices, including metadata management and data access technologies
Analysis to rigorously and optimal examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets
Problem-solving to find solutions to an organization s data management and reporting problems and to be able to adapt and modify solutions based on changing requirements
Translate partners requirements into reporting deliverables
Assist analyst team with dashboard and report generation
Develop performance metrics
MIS - Monthly / Weekly / Daily Reports and Dashboard preparation
Monthly / Quarterly Audits of SLAs & Closure of Audit observations
SLA Metric or Dashboard preparation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any graduate
Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Relevant experience in the O2C area as well as upstream and downstream processes
Process/Domain Experience:
o Quote to cash process and sales administration
o Dispute Management
o Customer Master Data Set Up
o Reporting and Analytics
Preferred qualifications
Advanced user of Excel
Ability to act on own initiative
Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis
Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement in order to develop succession plan for staff
Good communication skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Exercises good judgement on day to day business problems and provides recommendations for solving course correction
