Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Oracle WMS Functional Consultant
Responsibilities- Define and analyze business requirements. Document functional specifications (Agile user stories) related to user requests and assure client review and approval.
- Develop detailed testing, schedules, end user training documentation and imparting training to end users.
- Support implementation of Oracle WMS system.
- Good Knowledge on Oracle R12 Finance module.
- Perform data analytics and provide insights to optimize/improve existing processes.
- Support setup of inventory organizations and legacy system integration with WMS Oracle ERP.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for system issues which arise after implementation. Facilitate resolution of defects through the IT Production Support team.
- Analyze overall issue trends and recommend long term fixes (either IT or process correction). Implement reporting scorecards/metrics to monitor issues and resolutions.
- Complete project tasks in a timely manner; work diligently with IT, project team, and business users to resolve issues.
Minimum qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Customer processes and experience in oracle ERP upgrades.
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
- Proficiency in following Aviation IT project management methodology.
