Technical Lead Manual Testing - Mumbai @ CitiusTech

As a Technical Lead Manual Testing, you will be part ofan agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features whileadhering to the best coding development standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Work in a globally diverse and collaborative teamsetting.
• Taking ownership of the QA processes within a team andensuring that it aligns with the overall QA strategy of the business.
• Working closely with developers, business analysts, projectmanagers and other QA engineers to continuously drive delivery of high-qualityproducts and features.
• Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteriathrough test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
• Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzingresults.
• Partnering with business analysts to define bothfunctional and nonfunctional requirements, and design robust test strategies.
• Designing and implementing end-to-end test runs across arange of products.
• Coordinating with other QAs to share knowledge, resourcesand best practices.
• Building domain knowledge around healthcare standards,workflows and technologies

Education

• Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
• Technicalcertification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong manual testing experience JUnit, SOAP APITesting, Java
• Good understanding of Agile principles and practices ofthe QA role within a cross-functional team.
• Basic understanding of Test Automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Test Case Creation, Functional / Regression Testing, DataValidation and Verification
• Willingness to learn and work on Automation, if required.
• Prior experience of working with healthcare applicationswill be an added advantage.
