Software Development Engineer Testing 3 - Pune @ ANI Technologies

• Responsible for creating scalable, maintainable and distributed test frameworks/tools for continuous integration.

• Responsible for scripting, evaluating, testing the performance and load of the applications

• Ability to test micro-services effectively and building necessary test frameworks and stubs.

• This role requires somebody who has expertise in web services/API

• Responsible for driving test analysis through test suite code coverage and data analysis

• Responsible for interacting with automation engineers to fix issues on test framework and enhancing the framework to support requested features

• Responsible for diagnosing complex production issues, debugging and RCA.

Experience:

• No. of years - 8+ years

• Type of experience - Automation Testing

Educational Qualifications:

Must have - Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

Key Competencies:

• Exposure to best practices in SQA and software development, including code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting and CI processes

• Strong knowledge of JAVA, Rest-Assured and API testing..

• Hands-on experience in performance tools.

• Strong in DS and Object-Oriented Programming concepts

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing.

• Hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing.

• Detailed understanding about databases, cache, queues, and proxies.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical

• Excellent debugging skills

• Hands on experience with Load and performance tests.
