HCL Technologies LTD. is looking for experienced professional in Manual Test Lead.

Experience - 8+ years

Skills - CRM Dynamics, Functional Testing, MS Dynamics CRM

Mandate - Must have exposure in MS Dynamic CRM

Preferred - Native of or Near by Lucknow are only preferred

Job Description -

• Relevant work experience as lead/manager on CRM applications testing : 6-8 years
• Strong functional testing, Mobile Testing, Data port and Data migration testing concepts with good knowledge of SDLC and STLC, bug life cycle, etc.
• Should have expertise In implementing each phase of STLC, test management with a team size of 15+
• Shall execute and write test cases, log defects, defect management and reporting of results
• Should have expertise on test management tools like TFS, QC, Devops
• Good communication skills with an attitude of accepting the challenging tasks,
• Hands on exp. - automation tools will be a plus
• Should have experience in client handling, Good communication skills with an attitude of accepting the challenging tasks, to liase with client and other vendors from client side
• Should be able to adapt herself/himself in various capacities within the team based on the need of the hour on short notices
