Extremely strong C, C++ , Java Script coding background, and willing to code. Technically hands-on.
7+ yrs of hands-on C++ experience/Web tech on medium to large scale projects.
1-3 yrs of engineering management experience with a team of 5 or more.
Prior experience of mentoring senior engineers.
Strong technical skills with experience in developing elite software
Self-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive it to accomplish high-quality deliverables
Can set and meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize. Able to handle a high volume of tasks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display customer obsession, patience, humor and a can-do / whatever-it-takes resourceful and positive attitude.
8-12years of experience
