Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:
6 plus years experience in Java J2EE Web application development (Java, XML, XSLT, XPath, Javascript, HTML, JSP, Java Servlet, SQL)
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time
Detail-oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft C# and .Net development tools and frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the full life-cycle development of a product, including the development, integration, and unit testing of product features
Develop and document high quality application code consistent with organizational coding standards
Conduct new technology research; bring fresh ideas and concepts to bear on product development
Operate automated build processes
Deploy and configure products to Databases and Application Servers
Work independently while accurately estimating the time and effort required to complete a deliverable
Troubleshoot production support issues
Other duties as assigned

Bonus Skills:
Cloud multi-tenant architecture/computing principles
AWS/Digital Ocean/RacSpace deployment
AngularJS, Bootstrap and jQuery experience
Agile project management principles
Integration Frameworks including Mulesoft, SnapLogic, and Pilotfish
Understanding of ACORD XML standards and Insurance domain is a bonus
