Job Description

Technical attributes:

Work in close coordination with the Transaction team (including the Transaction lead)
Carry out financial analysis and valuations of companies using different approaches
Perform high-quality research using private databases as well as publicly available information
Create and maintain pitch presentations and marketing materials for transactions
Build detailed financial models
Assist in the due diligence process
Assist in the overall M&A/ Private Equity fundraise transaction, from origination to execution

Have a positive attitude and a can-do approach to work
Have the ability to build working relationships with clients
Be able to work within tight deadlines
Have a strong understanding of corporate valuation concepts
Have strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
