Job Description

1)Statutory Audit and Taxation:

- Planning and execution of statutory audits of Body Corporate entities

- Discussion of queries with the management and timely resolution of the same

- Review of standalone and consolidated financial statements

- Timely Direct tax compliances of the client viz. Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Withholding Tax returns, Advance tax compliances, Income Tax Returns, Statement of financial transactions, etc.

- Handling scrutiny assessments; -Liasoning and appearing before revenue authorities.

2)Accounting:

- Review of accounting transactions and books of accounts

- Preparation and/or Review of Fixed Asset Register

- Preparation and/or Review of monthly MIS

- Resolving queries and review of work done by the team on a regular basis

- Timely Indirect tax compliances of the client viz. GST Audits, GST annual returns, periodic GST returns, periodic Profession tax returns, etc.

- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors.
