Carrying out credit analysis/due diligence and supporting transactions of purchase of NPAs from banks/other financial institutions
Interacting with borrowers & bankers for verifying borrower background, evaluating financial statements, financial projections, relevant industry research, verifying reasons for NPA, Identifying security mortgaged & valuation, site visits, substantive checks, understanding the proposed resolution strategy etc
Conducting due diligence of lenders documentation and other relevant information
Preparing due diligence reports and other summary reports
Interacting with valuers, lawyers etc for diligence/valuation reports
Supporting the relationship manager in transaction execution and documentation
Supporting other teams in providing necessary information for rating, audit, inspection purposes
Desired Candidate requirement:
Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of work experience
Experience/ background knowledge in stressed assets/ARCs is strongly preferred.
Experience in Credit or risk in Bank/ Distress-assets in Consulting firm / Non-Distress asset in Bank/ Statutory Audit (in any sector)
Candidate should have strong written and verbal skills.
Candidate should be proficient in MS Office & Power point with intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS-Excel.
Candidate should have a high general awareness of Indian financial business news/events
Candidate should have good time-management/multi-tasking abilities
