Customer Service Associate- Looking @ Convergys

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:
- To sell accounting software through voice interaction.
- Ability to understand customers needs with strong objection/response handling.
- Adhere to client-defined norms.
- Stay updated with latest information on various products and services.
- Adhere to productivity and service levels norms.
- Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct.

Skills & Knowledge Necessary:
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to use the desktop computer system:
- Typing speed: minimum 20 wpm with 80%accuracy
- Written & verbal communication (English & Hindi) ability to communicate clearly and correctly
- Customer service- ability to empathize with customers & prioritize customer needs.
- Good understanding of telephone etiquette

- Willingness to learn

Education Qualification:
Graduates with basic understanding of accounts

Others:
Willing to work on Sundays and public holidays
Willing to work 6 days a week
