Experience: 8 - 10 years minimum in the relevant field

Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

Qualification: First Class
Languages known: English, Hindi & any other regional language is preferred
Technical Skills:
Knowledge on Thermal Equipment like Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Thermic Fluid Heaters
Knowledge on combustion technology to burn variety of fuels
Read and understand technical proposals
Able to do heat & mass transfer calculations
Knowledge of Project management, (Planning , scheduling, Project reports), Construction activities and Commissioning detailed knowledge.
Able to explain the various modalities of technical solutions to the clients
Convince the client on our brand & technical superiority
Financial Skills:
Pricing Strategy
Competition pricing knowledge
Feedback to the Head on pricing while negotiating with the clients
Billing break up
Commercial Skills:
Logistics & Transportation the goods
Knowledge on Local Taxation
Knowledge on Custom formalities
Knowledge on Bank Guarantees
Project Skills:
Define, negotiate, communicate, monitor, implement and ensure Project progress with Customer requirements within timelines, quality standards on all project deliverables. He should have ownership of total project completion from order receipt , Engineering release ( MR+PR), Procurement( technical support if required)+PO, Vendors component review , Manufacturing process knowledge and coordination, Logistic coordination, Construction activities knowledge and contract- contractors management, Commissioning knowledge handing over project and commercial closure Weekly, Monthly project progress reports.
Able to act as a business advocate with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Promotes the professional development of the Project Management Office through coaching, mentoring and guidance, Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to understand all aspects of installation projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, and close-out Ability to review and interpret plans and specifications from schematic design/design phase Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Enhance own professional and personal skills
