Job Description

Information Architecture (includes modeling):
Design and setup of future data management system of HR including the topics Data Management, Data Modeling (semantic models), Data Governance, Data Lifecycle Management
Developing methods and techniques for modeling technologies using Enterprise Architecture tools & frameworks
Organization
Support the implementation of ***@** strategy
Drive via communities (e.g., EAM HR Community) to publicize ***@**
Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables on regular intervals
Derive a comprehensive view of HR IT Architecture Governance
Coordinating all Enterprise Architecture Governance activities
Architecture for HR IT System Landscape
Develop, align and roll-out the HR Architectural Building Blocks and HR Solution Building Blocks
Incorporate security measures, if any for HR systems and interfaces between HR systems
Architecture Documentation according to TOGAF V9.2
Support in key architecture decisions
Assess and govern the interoperability of systems
Play active part in evaluating architecture against long-term goals
Consulting of HR projects in implementation phases
Derive and align Security Decisions
Aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the Enterprise Architecture
Good team player and communication skills
Qualifications
Graduation or above with good academic background
Should be well versed with Human Resources functionalities and all the technical know how f SAP HCM.
