Job Role:
- Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
- Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals
- Understand the industry and environment the business operates in
- Build a strong talent pipeline
- Any undergraduate / Graduate fresher experience can apply
- Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
- Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
- Preferred from BPO recruitment background/ BPO associates/Tele callers
- Build a strong talent pipeline
- Excellent communication skills
