Job Description:
Recruitment & On Boarding:
Working on New and Replacement positions in the Organization through Recruitment
Consultancies.
Preparing Job Descriptions and Job Specifications for unique positions.
Initial screening of CVs and coordinating with Line Managers and HODs for selection
and Interview schedules.
Post selection, Negotiation with employees on Offers.
Preparing CTC structure, Offer & Appointment Letters.
Post Joining, Induction and on boarding formalities.
Campus Hiring.
H.R. Operations:
Checking on HR Vendor Agreements in terms of their Clauses and Expiry date.
Looking after Employees Mediclaim and negotiating with Insurance Brokers at the
time of renewal.
Member of ISO Audit Team. Received certification for conducting ISO Audits and
successfully completed Audits last year for HR department.
Handling Contract Labor at the Head Office Level.
Planning and strategizing on reducing HR cost.
Preparing yearly Calendars on HR Initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing Monthly Birthday Celebrations. Coordination for arranging Sweets, Cakes and
Snacks from different vendors.
Negotiating on prices for Meal/ Snack boxes.
Planning and execution of Events during Festivals (Diwali Party, Secret Santa, Navratri
Best dressed male & female for all 9 days etc.)
Planning and execution of Annual Picnic.
Performance Management
Coordinating with HODs for their Teams Annual Appraisal KRAs and Balance
Scorecards.
Tabulation of their Scores in Excel.
Responsible for drafting Increment and Promotion Letters.
Talent Management
Developed the current Succession Planning framework.
Providing timely Confirmation Letters to the employees.
Framed a process to provide Awards and Recognition to Congenial employees.
Training & Development
Handling of Delight Guru (In-House LMS for field staff)
Potential Manager Report (Forecasting availability of Potential Managers for the Stores
and creating a Bench Pipeline).
Organized batches of Excel and Outlook training for 400 employees.
Member of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee.
Organized batches with external vendor on POSH for Head Office employees.
MIS & Trackers
Preparation of Monthly HR MIS.
Recruitment Tracker.
New Joinees Tracker.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience- 2-5 years
CTC- UPTO 5 LPA
Location- Andheri (MIDC)
Qualification- Graduation Mandatory
