Software Apps Engineer - - Mcafee - 4 To 9 @ McAfee

• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products.
• Sound knowledge of cloud systems.
• Must be able to understand the requirements from Engineering team and create infra/resources in AWS.
• Expert in concepts such as autoscaling, ELB, Security Groups, S3, Lambda functions, API gateway, CloudFront, costing etc.
• Root cause analysis of issues and documentation. Incident prevention with alerts and monitoring.
• Drive and propose Standards & Solutions which suits best for a given requirements
• Guide team members on technical aspects and run projects discussion and capable of understanding the application tiers and connect the dots and take lead

About You:

• At least 4 years Hands on experience in Cloud technologies (Primarily AWS)
• Extensive experience in IAC on AWS is a must. Terraform preferred
• Well versed in major AWS concepts such as Autoscaling, ELB, Security Groups, IAM Roles, S3, Lambda functions, API gateway, CloudFront, CloudTrail, EKS, ECS, SNS, SES, CloudWatch, CodeDeploy, Cost & Audit etc.
• Able to understand the requirements from Engineering team and work hands on to get the infra/resources creation in AWS
• Windows and IIS WebServers and troubleshooting tools
• Should have experience with common debugging tools such as fiddler, NetMon, PerfMon and other tools needed to troubleshoot webserver issues/code/config/network issues
• Should have been part of end-to-end implementation of projects
• Should have automation skills scripting (PowerShell etc.)
• Ability to design and support build deployment and configuration management systems for multi-tier applications using Jenkins / Harness / Octopus / CodeDeploy etc
• Working experience on any Unix/Linux operating system
• Nice to have development experience in .Net, python & java
