Senior Solution Architect I - Sap Fico @ HARMAN

The Solution Architect SAP FICO will design and deploy solutions for the finance and controlling areas. This person will use best practices and experience to improve our finance and controlling processes and toolset. Besides projects, the Solution Architect will also perform 3rd level support for all our business units in finance and controlling areas.

Document as-is and to-be processes in finance and controlling.

Analysis, design and transfer of business requirements into SAP solutions.

Expert customizing experience in AA, Project Systems, AR, AP, GL and CO.

Development of training material, configuration and process documentations and organization of training courses

Ability to review ABAP coding to identify any issues.

Improvement and maintenance of systems to include rollout and upgrades.

Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.

Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.

Conducts detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.

Defines functional business requirements.

Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 10 years total experience in configuring SAP FICO.

Must have these technical skills: SAP FICO and all sub-modules within (ie. AA, CC, PS, etc.) in New G/L environment.

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.

A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.

Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.

Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.

Experience with outsourcing, contracts, and in managing virtual teams.

Possess skills in cross-cultural awareness, influence, communication, and problem solving.

Be willing to work in an office in Bangalore, India
