JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conduct milk tests and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials and other Milk & Milk Products in line with HFL quality standards and effective implementation of FSMS guidelines.
1. Conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk Products.
2. Conduct microbiological analysis of Milk & Milk Products, raw and packing materials.
3. Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements.
4. Monitoring Culture requirements and Indent.
5. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence of ISO Norms and documentation.
6. Regular Inspecting Plant Hygiene and maintain Cleanliness of Plant & Equipments.
7. Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
8. Identify & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff.
9. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
